The Commissioning Solutions 2 framework is here to support a variety of public sector colleagues in:

We work with ever changing agendas and priorities and support the customer journey, for the people within their communities. We are under pressure to deliver results for both internal and external stakeholders.

This 4th generation framework offers more than just access to procurement technology. With decreasing budgets year on year and less staff to get the job done, the technology is flexible and can include up to a fully managed service, if required, making the operational processes more automated, streamlined, and therefore offering greater efficiencies.

The procurement technology can cover any area of spend within a public sector or health setting from Health & Social Care, transport, housing, and construction categories.

The framework consists of a single provider, The Access Group who have a wealth of experience in supporting all the above categories. As it is a single provider framework you can direct award to The Access Group, Access Adam Care Commissioning without taking any further procurement or competition.

If you are interested, simply liaise with Access Adam Care Commissioning directly to explore how it could work for you, then when you’re ready to take it further, complete a Customer Access Agreement (see Documents tab). Then you are ready to go and are fully compliant with UK/EU procurement rules.

Reduced timescales – customers do not need to run a full procurement if procuring via the framework agreement. All you need to do is identify your service requirements, present them to the provider and award a contract.

Direct award – being a single-supplier framework, customers can award a contract without the need to undertake any further competition/procurement exercise.

Ease of use – The framework is very simple to use. The framework terms and conditions have already been agreed with the provider.

Flexible pricing – the cost of the service is based on individual customer requirements and a range of payment options are also available and can be agreed between supplier/provider and customer.

Assured supplier standards – suppliers/providers are ‘pre-qualified’ as to their general suitability.

Quality – running a truly transparent procurement and commissioning process, along with relationship management, allows the best quality providers to be awarded more contracts and increases overall market quality.

Value – a wider range of suppliers/providers means that pricing of services is fair and offers value for money for the individual purchase. Managing payments (if needed) through the same system also ensure payments are only made for service delivered and billing errors are eradicated.

Variety of spend – the framework can be used for different service streams and categories of spend i.e. placements, accommodation, and transport.

Visibility – data from across the service area is pulled together into a single system giving full visibility over all activity via real-time interactive reporting.
