'The Pomodoro technique is a time management method designed to help students stay focused while avoiding burnout. It involves working in short, timed bursts followed by regular breaks to keep the brain alert and productive. Typically, a student revises for around 20 to 25 minutes, then takes a short five minute break, repeating this cycle several times before taking a longer break of around 15 to 30 minutes.
