At YPO, we’ve launched a first of its kind framework dedicated to the international recruitment of social workers for adults’ and children’s services. We have developed a series of seven short videos in collaboration with our suppliers to help support understanding of this framework. The videos introduce the framework and participating suppliers, clearly explain the benefits it offers, and addressing common myths and apprehensions around international social work recruitment. Together this video series provides practical insights and real‑world perspectives to help make informed and confident decisions.
