YPO have established a framework agreement for the provision of hire, lease and purchase of vehicles under 3.5t.
YPO have appointed two suppliers/providers onto a framework agreement for the provision of a procurement portal with an overarching YPO landing page that can facilitate the following elements: vehicle hire, lease and purchase options for cars, LCV’s and specialist vehicles with the ability to select which procurement route is required in addition to which micro-sites providing associated and additional services may be accessed, for the day-to-day operation of local authority fleets i.e. accident management and fleet management.

We’d like to share an important update regarding the YPO 1092 Vehicle Hire, Lease, and Purchase Framework. The current 1092 framework will cease to provide coverage from 27 February 2026.
The Fleet team is already hard at work developing the new and enhanced 1302 – Vehicle Hire, Lease, Purchase & Services Portal, scheduled to launch in June 2026. This next generation solution is being designed to offer greater flexibility, improved functionality, and a more streamlined experience for our customers.
